Hi,

I uninstalled all the aforementioned add-ons to mail.app and tried to install truepreview again. I keep on having the same error that there were some errors during the installation.

When I ran mail.app after this failed attempt to install truepreview, it is completely normal as if I did not even try to install truepreview and of course truepreview is nowhere to be found in mail.app.

Your feedback is appreciated on this.

Does anything meaningful show up in Installer's log (Window > Installer Log, change the Detail Level to Show All Logs)?

I checked the installer log and it seems that it is not get some kind of permission. I have included below a snapshot of the error that I found:

Based on the LOG information, does anyone have any recommendations on how to resolve the issue?

Is /Users/Maher correct for your home folder?  Do you have all of these folders in your home folder: Library, Library/Mail, and Library/Mail/Bundles?  If not, can you try creating whichever one(s) is missing and run the installer again?  Perhaps one of those folders is not getting created by the installer if it does not exist.

What you are saying is about the home folder is correct. I checked the different folders you mentioned and they all exist. Still it is not able to install. I tried this with the maill.app closed as well as open and still it is not working; any other suggestions?

I noticed that while installing this software package, it never asks for my password or anything. It just proceeds directly with the installation and gives me the error message at the end.

Could this be something?
